Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Leuven University (Belgium) MA in Philosophy, Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov, Russia Doctor of Philosophy, Professor in Political Science. From 1976 to 1986 worked as teacher, senior teacher, and later - senior lecturer Tashkent State University. In 1979, enrolling in the graduate school of the Institute of Philosophy, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, delegated to Moscow, researching under supervision of professor A. Arnoldov. In 1982 defended her PhD thesis in sociology, in 2000 - doctoral dissertation on the topic: "National, regional and global in culture of the peoples of Central Asia" She has published over 100 scientific papers, including 3 monographs and 18 textbooks. From February 1987 to the end of 1990 worked as the assistant of professor, lecturing at the University of Oriente, Santiago de Cuba. Since 1991 she worked an assistant of professor of philosophy at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Tashkent), from 1994 to 1996 Dinora studied Business Administration enrolling into the EU program "Technical Assistance to the CIS (TACIS) for the degree of Master of Business Administration, trained at the Westminster University and the Rhine School of Business. In 1996 she went to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan as Head of the Department of Political analysis. From August 1997 to June 1998 she was Fulbright visiting scholar at Stanford University (USA). From June 1998 to February 1999 was a consultant to the World Bank in Washington, Department of Middle East and Central Asia. Returning to Tashkent she was in charge of the department "International Relations" University of World Economy and Diplomacy (1999 - 2002). During this period she defended her doctoral thesis, held twice research internships in Germany under the DAAD program, as well as the Woodrow Wilson Center (Washington), and the Kennan Institute
