About the Author:
Helen DeBell grew up on a small farm in Iowa. She moved with her husband, Randy, and three small sons to Oklahoma in 1995. She began her dream of becoming a writer after her sons graduated from high school. The story of Waiting for Rose was originally used by her hus¬band as an object lesson he taught in children s church. It is a story the family recounts as a testimony that what God has done before He can and will do again. The DeBell s are active members of their local church where they have attended for the last seventeen years.
