About the Author:
Amal Bakr Shori was born in Saudi Arabia. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Biology science, she awarded scholarship from King Abdul Allah Grant (Saudi Arabia) to pursue her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in food biotechnology at University of Malaya, Malaysia. Now she is Assistant Professor at King Abdulaziz University, Faculty of Science.
