About the Author:
Egresado de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México en el año de 1980. Maestria y Doctorado por la Universidad de Sheffield,Inglaterra en 1989. Actualmente es investigador titular en la unidad Querétaro del CINVESTAV-IPN,autor y coautor de mas de 80 trabajos de investigación originales publicados en revistas internacionales.
