Limited edition of 100 copies (this being edition #43/100), signed in pencil on the half-title page by Höfer, with an original color Type C print "Staatliches Museum für Völkerkunde Dresden IV, 2000" (image size 8 5/8 x 8 5/8 inches, paper size 9 7/8 x 9 7/8 inches), hand-numbered and signed on verso in pencil by Höfer (print edition 100). The print is presented in a window overmat (13 x 13 inches) and laid in white paper-covered cardboard box (13 1/8 x 13 1/8 inches). The book rests in a recessed compartment inside the box, and includes a white ribbon to pull up the book. On top of the recessed book rests the matted print, and a lid, which has a pastedown title. Photographically illustrated stiff wrappers with French folds, no dust jacket as issued. Photographs by Candida Höfer.
