Review Your Processed Orders

You can review any order that has come into your account from the Order List.  The Order List page allows you to search by specific order number, program and date fields.

1. Click [sign on] and enter your Email Address and Password.

2. Select [Process Your Orders] from the Orders section of the Quick Links Menu on the right hand side of the page. From the list orders page, you can search by AbeBooks Order Number, Sales Order Number, or Buyer Email Address

~OR~

3. Select [All Programs] from the Programs list.

4. Select a status from the Order Status list.

5. Enter 'From' and 'To' dates to view orders within a specific date range.

6. Click the [List Orders] button.

Once you have located the order you would like to review, click [Review] in the Review/Process column.
 
From here you can review book details, initiate a return or refund, print a shipping manifest, or view the book buyer's email address.
