Sending Your First Inventory File

 

To send your first inventory file to AbeBooks, follow the two simple steps below:

1. Send the file to AbeBooks via the Uploads section of your Members Menu or by FTP. Click here for detailed instructions.

2. Send an email to Customer Support to let them know you've uploaded the file. In your email, please indicate the software you are using, i.e. HomeBase 3.0. If using a custom spreadsheet, please list the field order you've used.

Our technical team will set up your account and process the file. You'll receive an Update Completion Report by email when processing has been completed; your files will process automatically after that.

Your first file will be processed within 2 to 3 days of upload; all files thereafter will process within 6 to 24 hours.
