About this title

In 1975 at age 15, Robert Gagnon was sentenced to life in an adult prison. After 9 1/2 years, he was released and left to tell the story of his incarceration. Strong sexual and violent content, not for the sqeamish!

From the Author:

This book was written with the intention of warning teenagers what they can look forward to if they choose a life of crime. Nothing on TV or in print could have prepared the author for prison life. Had I been properly forwarned I never would have attempted the crimes I was convicted of.
