Good/none. Original illustrated wraps. Stapled magazine format, 136 pages. Photographs, advertisments and history of Nevada City, NV and local area from 1851 to 1951. Wraps are stained and chipped with chips to edges and back-strip. Former owners name/address on upper left corner of upper. The pages show stains and wear as the paper is browning.
