A collection of essays about Corwin and his work by Ray Bradbury, Studs Terkel, Charles Kuralt, Norman Lear, Norman Cousins, Erik Barnouw, Philip Dunne, Peter Davis, Richard J. Goggin, Jerome Lawrence, James A. Brown, Robert E. Lee, Leonard Leader, Earl Robinson and Robert Nathan. Considered by many as the Shakespeare of radio drama, Corwin came to fame with a series of broadcasts and programs for CBS in the 1940s, the most famous being the V-E Day commemoration On A Note of Triumph. He received an Oscar nomination for his screenplay for Lust for Life and today, at age 98, he is still involved with radio, education and politics.
