About this Item

First Edition. Signed presentation copy inscribed by the author, Jack and Madeline Gilford, to blacklisted Hollywood screenwriter, Frank Tarloff, and his wife, inscribed: ÒDear Frank and Lee, Be aware that you are part of the 170 years. Love, Jack and Madeline XXX.Ó Illustrated. Near fine in a near fine very lightly used dust jacket. A collection of show business memoirs of two married couples - the Mostels (Zero & Kate) and the Gilfords (Jack & Madeline), whose combined years in the worlds of film and theater total up to about 170. As actors they appeared together in such classic Broadway hits as A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Fiddler on the Roof, Save the Tiger, and many more.
