Remarkable 18th-century Spanish manuscript in which don Ramon Zazo y Ortega, the official herald and genealogist for the Spanish crown, traces the noble lineage of the Inderica (Enderica) and Olarte families. Notary's endorsement in lower margin of each recto. Following the two families genealogy (signed by Ramon Zazo y Ortega) are three official documents bearing the royal seal at left of each printed letterhead: "Sello tercero, sesenta y ocho maravedis." The documents are notarial acts providing informations on the families' legal registration of lands and properties in Spain. The first document has 2 pages and is dated August 8, 1765. The second document has 132 pages and is dated 1760. The third document has 4 pages and is dated November 15, 1760. Each document has been authenticated and bears the signatures of various witnesses. Some of them having decorative signatures. Minor age wear on binding with velvet partly rubbed on spine and along edges. Silk guard slightly frayed along edges.
