About this Item

A nice fraternal offering. Signed Certificate of Membership - for Dr. Newton J. Latimer of Pine Bluff Arkansas, Sahara Temple. Signed by the doctor, as well as Imperial Potentate Conrad V. Dykeman. Though the image presented to show this piece appears to look darkened or stained, the original does not. There are several light green vignettes in the background and these appear as flaws in the photo. Document is COMPLETE, and the reason for the cut off is scanner limitations.
