Description:

8-3/4 x 12, unpaginated but several hundred pages, as thick as a telephone book, and weighing over 3 pounds. Wire binding, navy, orange and yellow card covers, navy, and navy and orange stiff text, variously. Massive book for Gulf stations only, providing pictorial "instructions for properly lubricating every vehicle entering the station, with the proper Gulf product. Individual lubrication charts are included for the majority of passenger cars and light trucks now on the road," 1949-58, variously. Comprehensive presentation of lubrication charts for most makes and models, 1949-58, variously, printed in Gulf trademark blue and orange inks. Including Austin, Austin-Healey, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Continental, Corvette, De Soto, Dodge, Edsel, English Ford, Ford, Frazer, Henry J, Hillman, Hudson, Imperial, Jaguar, Kaiser, Lincoln, Mercedes-Bez, Mercury, Metropolitan, M.G., Nash, Oldsmobile, Packard, Plymouth, Pontiac, Porsche (1955-58 on one chart), Rambler, Renault, Studebaker, Triumph, Vauxhall, Volkswagen, and Willys, plus many light trucks.
