About the Author:

Robert Edgin has been in the insurance business since the first grade, when he started helping his father in his Allstate office. He grew up learning the business, spending afternoons and weekends servicing policies and assisting clients. He got his property, casualty, life and health licenses at the age of 19 and opened his own Allstate agency. An entrepreneur at heart, Robert knew that he had to treat his agency like a business. That mindset helped him achieve the Rookie of the Year award for Allstate, as well as, multiple agent of the year awards. Robert still works in his agency every day; in the trenches to improve and perfect different sales tools, letters and methods of communicating with clients and prospects. He is a consistent top achiever with American National Insurance. Robert is married to Kylah and has two children, Taylor and Christian. He believes life is meant for living and not just working, and he spends as much time as possible living life to the fullest with his family. An avid scuba diver, hiker and camper, Robert loves the outdoors and looks for adventures that he can share with his family. Now 38 years old, Robert is already a seasoned veteran in the insurance industry. He continues to spend every day trying to grow and improve and share what he learns with every agent he can.
