About this title

Synopsis:

Warren Redman has drawn on nearly thirty years experience as a therapist, personal development trainer and lifelong learner to produce a book of immense significance and value to people who seek greater personal fulfilment. Influenced by some of the finest teachers and thinkers of the last fifty years, Redman has created a synthesis of nine steps for a new century that has already seen enormous emotional upheaval. Based on the Emotional Fitness courses offered through the Centre for Inner Balancing (now Emotional Fitness Institute), this book is a practical guide for a life of meaning, fulfilment, and happiness.

I am a packrat and aficionado of fine and serviceable used items in the belief that it is time to slow down production and slow down our lives in order to appreciate and share that which already exists.
