This text aims to serve all the major GCSE and Social Science syllabuses, as well as cover a substantial part of Standard Grade Modern Studies. It aims to provide students with an understanding of the subject and equip them with the skills they need to succeed at GCSE. The structured text defines, addresses and explores all the main topic areas. Examination preparation techniques are carefully integrated with a solid coursework dimension. Precisely directed activities serve to both develop students' evaluative and analytical skills while also providing stimulating extension activities linked to higher papers.
