Synopsis

This is not the first quick-and-easy pasta book, but it's the only one with such a surefire title. Schloss and Bookman have other clever concepts to their credit, including One-Pot Cakes (LJ 8/85) and Fifty Ways To Cook Most Everything (LJ 9/15/92). Here they offer simple and appealing recipes for pasta with sauces from Tomato Mint Vinaigrette to Everyday Meat Sauce to Wild Mushroom Persillade. Recommended for larger collections.
