Maurice Sendak (illustrator). 1990 reprinting of the First Edition of 1960. The book is bound in illustrated paper over boards. Spine caps are softened and there is an area of rippling on the back cover. Damp staining on inside of the back panels. Otherwise, pages are clean, smooth and unmarked with no tears of signs of damp.
