About the Authors
Joe D Sena is the CEO and founder of Spartan and the Death Race and the New York Times bestselling author of Spartan Up and Spartan Fit. He lives in Vermont.
Dr. Lara Pence, PsyD, MBA, is a licensed clinical psychologist who has helped hundreds of individuals and their families go from unhealthy and stuck to healthy and resilient. She is the founder of Lighfbox and the official Spartan Mind Doc. She lives in Colorado with her husband and their two children.
