About the Authors

Isabelle Hof, MSc, built and manages the Wim Hof Method (WHM) Academy, is cofounder of the Ice­women community, and is a WHM instructor. She holds an MA in psy­chology and has been involved with Innerfire BV since its beginnings, including organizing expe­ditions, creating the instructor video course, and coordinating scientific studies.

Laura Hof, MA, is a holistic ther­apist, speaker, facilitator, cofounder of the Icewomen community, and a very active WHM instructor. She has held a number of positions at Innerfire BV and now leads her own travels and co-teaches with Wim. She earned two history master specializations, history of international relations and American studies, and has worked for various international institutions as well.
