A dietary analysis programme for Windows softare which can be used in conjunction with a wide variety of courses, this computer programme allows students to track their daily food intake, energy expenditure and create weight gain/loss goals. Several different reports and pie charts allow the user to see where calories are going - from a specific food, meal, day or daily average. The database includes over 4000 foods, including fast foods, non-fat and combination foods. The programme can also calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) based on height and weight, then allowing users to set BMI goals. Many other daily activities can be tracked by using this programme, such as sleeping or jogging, and through this the programme can calculate daily energy expenditure.
