About the Author:
Howard Keller recently retired from the Corporate Planning Department of MetLife. Previously he was a physicist at the Buhl Planetarium and Institute of Popular Science in Pittsburgh, as well as an industrial engineer in the steel industry. Mr. Keller is co-author of The Right Mix, also published by McGraw-Hill. John G. Crandall has worked as a mechanical engineer at General Motors, and is the founder of Duquesne Systems and a former vice president of information systems at Legent. His latest venture is Optimum Power Technology, which specializes in engine simulation software.
