Operations Management continues to promote student understanding of the important role of operations management in business. The new fourth Canadian edition features the latest concepts and applications while preserving the core features that have made the text a market leader.
With Canadian content and examples throughout, Stevenson and Hojati's balanced approach, careful explanations and clear, concise style is consistently praised for its ability to engage students. Operations Management supports students in understanding the important operations management concepts as well as applying tools and methods. By providing detailed examples and lots of opportunity to practice, the new edition continues to offer more support for 'doing Operations' than any other text.
New to the fourth Canadian edition, every copy of Operations Management includes access to Connect - McGraw-Hill's innovative online study and testing program. In addition to an interactive eBook and study resources, Connect also includes algorithmic problems within the homework assessment tool. This fully integrated solution helps students master the concepts, practise problems, and ultimately achieve success.
