Dr. Berry also teaches a two-quarter course on environmental law and regulation for the Master of Science in Environmental Management program at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mark S. Dennison, J.D.,.is an attorney who specializes in environmental law and is the author of 16 books and more than 150 articles on environmental law and regulatory compliance issues. His books include Brownfields Redevelopment, Wetland Mitigation, Storm Water Discharges, and Hazardous Waste Regulation Handbook.
