From the Back Cover:

The tremendous inherent advantages to materials produced by the braiding pultrusion process range from strength and dimensional ability to heat and chemical resistance. For this reason, braiding pultrusion technology is poised to revolutionize the construction, aerospace, and packaging industries. This in-depth resource delivers valuable insights on kinematic characteristics of the braiding process, calculation methods for the force parameters of the molding process, methods for selecting an efficient pultrusion process, as well as recommendations for special devices to monitor continuity of the process.

AN AUTHORITATIVE REFERENCE TO TECHNIQUES AND METHODS

Braiding Pultrusion Technology focuses on:

  • Continuous methods of producing complex reinforced structures
  • Composite material construction elements
  • The pultrusion process conditions choice
  • Calculation peculiarities in molding complex-shape products
  • Process force parameters
  • Technological process for molding complex-shape articles with composite structures
