This manual was written to help instructors who teach Organizational Behavior or Principles of Management to create a more interactive classroom that promotes learning and feedback. Our goal was to provide instructors with an assortment of activities that can be used in different group settings for a variety of purposes. They range from very simple designs that do not require any advance preparation and very little classroom time to more involved activities that require some advance preparation and more classroom time.

Why did I write this book? I wrote this book for two reasons. The first was to create a source that professors could use to provide more experiential activities within their classes. The book contains many activities with associated instructions and power point slides that can easily be put into practice. The second was to work with Amanda Johnson. Mandi worked for my wife's company--Kinicki and Associates, Inc., and I knew that she had a dream of writing a book. She was a talented novice looking for a chance to grow and develop her writing skills.
