About the Author

Nick Kitchin is Founder and Chief Executive of Leading Your People To Success, a consultancy firm established to guide corporate culture change. Prior to this he was General Manager for Carpenter in the UK. He started his career as a graduate engineer with Shell Chemicals, where he experienced one of the most radical and successful culture changes in British Industry, and followed this with an MBA from London Business School.
