From the Publisher:

'It is rare to find a book which affects you sensually and affects your mind.' - Maureen Owen, The Times

Praise for Daddy's Girl:

'Janet Inglis is an expert seducer ... as she skilfully plays with the reader's unease, compounded of pleasure (the sexual encounters are frequent, graphic and erotic) and guilt at finding Olivia's plight exciting ... In the end the powerful sexual charge in this book is incidental to its disquieting moral message; Olivia is damaged less by her seducer than by her parents' emotional neglect' - Anne Chisholm, Spectator

'The account of Olivia's seduction . . . is in explicit physical and emotional detail. Book reviewers are not often shocked in an era when everything may be and has been said, but the implications of this story shocked me ... Janet Inglis writes extremely well, with speakable dialogue and imaginable descriptions.' - Jessica Mann, Sunday Telegraph

'A story of tremendous power ... The abundance of sex scenes, which in another context would seem gratuitous adds weight to a story that repels and excites us ... It is a stirring, provocative piece of work that entertains, but, more significantly, challenges many of our knee-jerk assumptions about abuse, incest and the deterioration of the family.' - Deborah Bosley, Literary Review
