Pamela F. Hutchins, Esq., SPHR, is Chair of the Board of Directors and a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Employment Practices Solutions, Inc. She previously worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Legal for a petroleum refining company in the Caribbean. She provides a full range of human resource and employment practices consulting services to clients.
Pamela is an experienced human resource professional and attorney and has provided employment practices consulting services to employers since 1992.
Pamela has previously served as President of EPS and has played a role in creating and administering course content, consultant coordination and training, as well as providing training, coaching, expert witness, consulting and investigation services. While inhouse, Pamela co-drafted her organization's Code of Conduct and bore responsibility for Ethics and Compliance training (content and delivery), recordkeeping, and investigations.
In addition to providing client services, Pamela's expertise as an authority in human resources and employment law have earned her many speaking opportunities for large forums and conferences including state and national SHRM conferences.
Pamela received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and subsequently earned a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law.
