Controlling Stress and Tension, Sixth Edition, represents many editions of class-tested success. Every technique, old and new, has been class tested and also applied in seminars and private practice. The first edition of CST was a pioneering work originating from the author's work in psychophysiology research. The book is practical and applied in that it not only teaches the major principles and theories of stress, but shows how to apply useful stress reduction techniques to one's own life.
