With 30 years experience in the human service field, Lynelle has presented over 700 workshops and has provided ongoing training to many not-for-profit organizations. She has published articles on care giving, group work with cognitively-impaired persons, and published the first Canadian text book on personal support (Becoming a Personal Support Worker), now in its third edition.
