Calvin Reynolds is a senior counselor of Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. (ORC), and an adviser to global organizations on international human resources strategies and issues. Mr. Reynolds was a senior vice president of ORC, responsible for its international consulting, data services, publications, and meeting groups. He has managed and participated in consulting projects for the United Nations; the governments of Canada, France, and Australia; and global organizations in Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, and several countries on the Pacific Rim.
Mr. Reynolds was on the board and was chairman of the International Council of the American Compensation Association. He was also an adjunct associate professor of international management at New York University's Graduate School of Business Administration and a senior fellow at Wharton, and he has lectured at various other universities. In addition, he spent several years as an expatriate executive for a Fortune 100 multinational, where his latest role was as director of European operating services in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Reynolds is also on the Editorial Review Board of and is a contributing author to RIAG's Compensation Guide.
