Published by Oxford University Press in 1978, here is the second edition hardback printing of Arthur Jacob Marder's JUTLAND AND AFTER May 1916-December 1916 (Volume 3) FROM THE DREADNOUGHT TO SCAPA FLOW: The Royal Navy in the Fisher Era 1904-1919. Blue cloth binding, gilt lettering, 363 pages, illustrations plus 16 complete fold-out nautical charts in a sleeve at the back, the book is in very good condition with the name of previous owner, the revered Oxford scholar and Hertford College fellow Tony Cockshut pencilled to the front free end paper. Tony has also made one or two light pencil marks in the borders. All 16 charts are either very good (3 have a little creasing and the vast majority are in mint condition.
