About the Author:

Mark Gilson is Adjunct Faculty Member at Emory University and Georgia State University. Arthur Freeman is Professor and Chair in the Department of Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Sharon M. Freeman Clevenger is a Psychiatric Advanced Practie Nurse and CEO of the Indiana Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She is also Associate Faculty for Indiana Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
