Fen Osler Hampson is professor international affairs at The Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University. He is recipient of the Jennings Randolph Peace Fellowship from the United States Institute of Peace and a Research and Writing Award from the MacArthur Foundation.
He is the author of five books and editor and co-author of 20 other volumes. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University.
