About the Author
John Vogt is a consultant in logistics and supply chain management, based in Florida. Wessel Pienaar is Professor of Logistics and Head of the Department of Logistics at the University of Stellenbosch. Piet de Wit is Professor of Logistics Management in the Department of Business Management at the University of Pretoria.
