About the Author

Jan and Sara were already friends when they discovered they both wanted to write children's books and that it was much more fun to do it together. In between the cups of tea and gossip they have managed to produce over eighty stories. As well as working for OUP they have written many other
stories for primary school children of different ages and abilities. These are wide-ranging and include stories about ghosts, football, ghosts playing football, a Tudor girl detective, dinosaurs and an old lady who goes back to school at the age of 109!
