About the Author:

Ian Bache is Senior Lecturer in Politics at the University of Sheffield. Stephen George is Emeritus Professor of Politics at the University of Sheffield. He was until recently Chair of the Executive Committee of the University Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES).
