About the Author
Gary R. Lowe is professor and dean, School of Social Work and Criminal Justice Studies, East Carolina University.
Irl Carter is associate professor emeritus at the School of Social Work, University of Minnesota and served as acting director of the Center for Youth Development in Minneapolis, St. Paul.
Ralph E. Anderson was professor emeritus of the School of Social Work at the University of Iowa.
