Burnham and Ingram rode down to Tati with despatches and telegrams, and after a few days we found ourselves in communication with the Goold-Adams Column, which was still several days' march away from Buluwayo. We formed our laagers round the sides of Mr. Collenbrander's hut, which was temporarily converted into a hospital and made as comfortable as possible under the circumstances for the sick and wounded. The stores remaining in Messrs.
