First Edition. 168 pages, last two pages blank, includes 16 pages of black-and-white photography. Colour illustrated dust jacket. Ownership inscription and trace of foxing to the top edge of the front end page, trace of foxing to the top edge of the text block. The dust jacket is rubbed on all of the creases, with a quarter inch tear bottom right-hand side of rear panel, and a small tear in the rear fold over crease approximately 1 inch from the bottom edge, with a matching chip in the edge of the rear board. Rubbing and chipping to both top and bottom edges, and loss of colour on the bottom edge of the front panel where sticky tape must have been.
