About the Author:
Barry Neil Kaufman teaches a uniquely self-accepting and empowering process (The Option Process®), which has both educational and therapeutic applications. He and his wife, Samahria, are co-founders and co-directors of The Option Institute and Fellowship, which offers programs for people either challenged by adversity or trying to improve the quality of their lives.
