Over 100 delicious recipes inspired by the old-world glamour and elegance of St Tropez.

Bringing to life another side of St Tropez and the legendary Côte d'Azur, Nina shows us a place where cooking has brought people together for generations and creates recipes inspired by locals, places and stories from her childhood here. She explores the real St Tropez and the surrounding area through its secret, scenic walks, eccentric bric-a-brac markets, vineyards and bustling communities of artists and fishermen.

Oozing with charm and filled with classic French recipes for gourmet breakfasts, picnics, lunchtime snacks and dinner parties to impress, NINA ST TROPEZ represents family cooking from across the south of France - with that added splash of St Tropez elegance and glamour that's intrigued people for decades.

Nina Parker has a passion for food. After university, she joined the team at L'Anima, London as a commis chef and fell in love with their style of cooking that uses fresh Italian ingredients with a rustic touch. She has spent time in some fantastic kitchens: from The Dorchester for Alain Ducasse, Tom Aikens, The Ledbury, to the unrivalled Senequier Bakery in St Tropez. Whilst working as chef for Bocca di Lupo's Gelupo in Soho, they won TIME OUT's 'best gelateria'.

In 2012 she launched her own catering company NINA, dedicated to bringing a taste of her childhood to the heart of London and beyond.

Review:

A recipe book that simply exudes the passion of its creator... this gorgeous book will waft you back to the Mediterranean in style. * Good Book Guide * Many a summer spent holidaying on the Cote d'Azur provided the inspiration for chef and caterer Nina Parker's debut recipe book. This gorgeous black magic cake combines a rich chocolate sponge, blueberry compote and vanilla-soaked figs. Yum! * LIVING ETC * More sun-drenched recipes , this time from St Tropez, are to be found in Nina Parker's Nina St Tropez (GBP20, W&N). Wonderful recipes, along with beautiful photographs and evocative prose. An elegant taste of the South of France. -- Tom Parker-Bowles * MAIL ONLINE * London-based chef Nina Parker whisks you away on a nostalgic soaked tour of the real St Tropez with this retro-chic collection of recipes. Provencal cuisine at its best, whether it be petit dejeuner, gouter or diner! * FOOD AND TRAVEL * Nina Parker has combined her childhood memories and culinary experiences to create a cookery book with an emphasis on rich, fresh ingredients and recipes that suit a variety of occasions. All of them will leave you with a taste of the South of France. If you want to inject some je ne sais quoi into your life then this is a must-read. -- Annie Buckland * Heat * Book of the Week You're thinking Bardot, sun, short shorts, Picasso and pastis. The UK-based chef Nina Parker, on the other hand, is thinking... food: home-made ratatouille, bouillabaisse, croissants and ice cream, all of which appear in this, her first cookbook. Parker spends every summer in St Trop, thinking up delicious recipes and living an annoyingly enviable life - catching fish, buying fresh veg in the market, swimming in the Med and luggins plates of meringue through the streets. -- Carolyn Hart * DAILY TELEGRAPH * A recipe book that simply exudes the passion of its creator... this gorgeous book will waft you back to the Mediterranean in style. * GOOD BOOK GUIDE * Many a summer spent holidaying on the Cote d'Azur provided the inspiration for chef and caterer Nina Parker's debut recipe book.
