About the Author:
Frank Baldwin's first novel, Balling the Jack, was published in 1997. A graduate of Hamilton College, he attended the Berkeley Novel Writing Workshop. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Lora, and their son, Evan.

The plot seems like an afterthought in this limp and plodding novel, which overflows with extended descriptions of Jake's sexual technique. Definitely not bedtime reading; pass on this.
