This book is specifically designed as a business oriented legal environment text. The basic philosophy behind the book allows for a look and feel of texts students are more familiar with (business books) as opposed to an overly legal looking text. The text will be fun and inviting by incorporating color and features drawing the student into the subject matter. It still covers all legal topics appropriate to any legal environment course, but appeals to instructors who want a lively, business approach.
