T he Illumination - The great convenience attending the use Of gas, and its universal adoption as a source Of light in this country, would give to its use for the purposes Of Ophthalmoscopy a decided preference, even if it did not possess the most suitable quality of light. As, however, there can be but little Objection to it even on this score, all that need be considered is the shape in which it shall be employed.
