About the Author

Jenny Rogers has worked as a teacher and developer of adults throughout her career. She has been a lecturer in a Further Education College, an internal advisor to the BBC on adult education, a BBC television producer, a Commissioning Editor at the Open College and has also managed the BBC's management training department. She is now Executive Director of the London-based consultancy, Management Futures, where she specialises in coaching senior executives in a wide range of organizations. She has written a number of other books, many on management and education topics. She is married, has two adult sons and lives in London and Norfolk.
