About the Authors

Keith S. Folse, Ph.D., is a retired professor of TESOL at the University of Central Florida. He has taught ESL and EFL in the US, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. His areas of specialization are vocabulary, grammar, and writing, and he is a frequent conference presenter all over the world. Dr. Folse is the author or coauthor of 75 books, including several National Geographic Learning titles such as Great Writing, Grammar for Great Writing, and Blueprints.

Tison Pugh is professor of English at the University of Central Florida. In addition to the Great Writing series, he has published many books and edited volumes on writing, reading, and pedagogy.
