Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Landmark Book Pictorial Cover is in Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages. Inside text is in Very Good condition with some minor soiling, but appears to have had little use. There is a bent bottom corner on the first title page. Some minor soiling to some outside page edges. Pictorial covers are nice with some minor soiling and corner and edge wear. There was no Dust Jacket with this Pictorial Cover issue. Book has come from a private collection. Landmark Books and World Landmark Books are accurate, in-depth stories for young people in the 9-15 year old range. These living histories were written by award-winning authors or by men and women who experienced the events first hand. Written during the 1950's and 1960's and illustrated either with two-color drawings or clear photographs, the books are informative, enjoyable, and well worth reading and collecting. Hardcover. Condition: Excellent. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good Minus. Vintage Cloth Cover Landmark Hardback Book with Dust Jacket. Book itself is in Very Good Plus condition with a tight binding and clean crisp internal pages. Inside text is in Excellent condition and appears to be Unread and Unused! No writing or markings in the book. There are a few small spots to some outside page ends, but it had little to no effect on any inside page borders. Outside cloth covers are nice with just some minor corner wear and a few small indentations on the back cover. Dust Jacket is not price clipped (1505/150). Dust Jacket is in Very Good Minus condition with some minor soiling primarily to the back cover, a scuff mark to the outside spine, some edge chipping primarily at the top and bottom of the outside spine, and about a 4" scuff line to the front cover. Dust Jacket is now covered by a new clear mylar cover. Book has come from a private collection.
